DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide network administration services, including setting up new users, maintaining email distribution lists, maintaining the user databases, password security, managing access policies and monitoring performance. Carry out daily backup, archiving, housekeeping and other maintenance tasks on a regular and as required basis. Assist with maintenance of all network systems and server documentation and record logging. Assist with the upkeep IT assets inventory and record logging. Responsible for the installation of new and existing network software applications. Work with users to ensure that appropriate ICT support (resources) are made available as at when required. Troubleshoot software problems.
Troubleshoot hardware, repair and replace faulty parts.

Do routine maintenance such as updating new version on to user's computers. Provide basic training to users.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

1-2 years working experience in IT support.

Knowledge in computer hardware, networking devices, VM server (basic).

Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Able to travel.

Good discipline and working attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
