Supporting Hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am support on rotating basis as per schedule arranged by Team Lead
Follow up and coordination on network cabling & network access point installations.
Coordination with vendor for new IT hardware arrival, collection and installation.
Setup network configuration for all new machines, tester and handler at production.
Change network VLAN, register DNS for all IT equipment and machines in production.
EDR/antivirus installation & configuration on production testers.
Setup, install and support IT hardware including but not limited to PC/laptop, thin client, printer (barcode/LaserJet/photocopier), barcode scanner, desk phone, interactive display, and infokiosk.
Setup, install and support company PDA, tablet, and mobile phones.
Setup, install, update and support IT software, including but not limited to softphone, SAP, MES Miracom, Wafer Map, MS Office, AutoCAD, JMP, CAD350, VPN, Teams, e-mobile, etc.
Meeting room setup and support, including projector, Audio Visual (AV) conference equipment.
Install or provide support for ATR / face recognition / turnstile / meal system.
Assistance and troubleshooting on network devices and servers.
Application support for all applications, including but not limited to CAMSTAR, OTA, Miracom, Wafer Map, etc.
To follow up, resolve and close all backlog cases/incidents. To update root cause and resolution for all incidents.
To make sure all incidents solved within SLA defined.
Knowledge Management (retention, processes & procedure documentation).
To have a shift pass-down for past 12 hours incidents to next onsite shift-support IT personnel with detail problem statement, root cause and resolutions shared.
Ad-hoc event support.
Inventory control and asset management for hardware and software.
Provide assistance on other IT matters as and when requested.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
