We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic IT team. As the IT Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage our organization\'s IT infrastructure and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and security systems. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining our IT environment and supporting our business needs.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• Proven experience 5 years as an IT Operations Manager or similar role.
• Can speak in English & Mandarin.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and networks.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization.
• Experience with IT security and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including training and development.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT requirements.
