Description and Requirements
1. Responsible for multiple business-related applications' operation & maintenance, including trouble shooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution to user issues/incidents within SLA, response & resolve to user inquiries & requests.
2. Tech lead of the applications, be fimilar with the business process, system implementation and be able to analyze complex single and cross functional issues and provide solution. Ready to coach associate team members to deliver IT operational services.
3. Work with up/down-stream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues, be able to provide opimizational suggestions in multiple systems/applications data flow.
4. Responsible of intelligent operation solutions/fulfillment such as automation, AI IT employee of the system/application, deliver solutions based on operational data analysis, engage & collaborate with relevant team in development .
3. Collaborates with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis & trouble shooting, follow up with new enhancement/sprints of implementations, early engagement in KT & post-golive takeover.
