Job Responsibilites :-

Handle end-to-end service qualification, including Traffic QoS monitoring, manual phone testing and route adjustments. Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting through the support portal. Communicate with customers and provide updates following standard operating procedures. Coordinate effectively with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient troubleshooting process

Requirements :-

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or a related discipline. Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) as scheduled. Basic understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP), networking and data networks. Familiarity with monitoring tools, dashboards or ticketing systems is an advantage (training will be provided). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
