We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT professional with experience in manufacturing-related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT operations and infrastructure, hands-on experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and a keen interest in cybersecurity and continuous improvement. This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to the organization's growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support IT operations and infrastructure to ensure smooth business continuity. Participate in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities, including IT audits, risk assessments, and operational follow-ups. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making. Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including access controls, endpoint security, patch management, log analysis, and incident response procedures. Develop and maintain clear documentation, procedures, and workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-through on IT projects and initiatives. Continuously seek opportunities for learning, process improvement, and skills development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Audit, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical discipline within a manufacturing or related industry. Strong knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure . Hands-on experience with GRC , IT audits, and operational follow-ups. Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and operational implementation. Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-through skills. Ambitious, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and improve. Nice-to-Have: o Experience with advanced cybersecurity frameworks . o Exposure to business continuity testing. o Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISA , or other technical qualifications.
