Job Title: IT Operations and Maintenance Engineer (Java)
Location: Bangsar, KL
Employment Type: 12 months contract (Renewable/extendable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational support for global eCommerce applications and tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Web Architects, and Developers to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Automate operational workflows to improve efficiency and system reliability.
• Support microservices-based environments using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Jenkins, GitLab, Redis, and Nacos.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and ensure smooth CI/CD deployments.
• Design and optimize databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure platform stability and performance for B2B and B2C eCommerce models.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Java development experience.
• Proficiency with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce models.
• Hands-on experience in building and developing internet-based e-commerce websites.
• Experience in internet or e-commerce companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and related technologies, including Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Jenkins, GitLab, Redis, and Nacos.
• Experience in database design and development using MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.
