Responsibilities:

Expectation on Contributing to the company as Sales Director plays a key role in teh company, as he or she guides and expands the sales team, improves our sales strategy quarter by quarter, or even proposes marketing strategies to target company's preferred customer.

Responsible to ensuring pre-sales team determines and presents the best solutions possible to our prospects in a scalable, efficient manner.

Work with the sales organization and management to address any concerns about the pre-sales function in a proactive and positive way.

Where possible, provide coaching and guidance for the pre-sales and sales team to ensure development and promotion of excellence.

Provide technical assistance and guidance during pre-sales process by identifying customer technical and business requirements, prior to designing solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.

To attend meetings with sales team.

Coordinate presales and end user during requirement gathering for proposal submission purpose.

Follow up and ensure time response to all enquiries

Work closely with operation and development team to ensure the completeness of each deal.

Establish and maintain lasting relationship with clients by exploring specific needs or anticipating new opportunities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends and also update of competitors activities.

Manage, provide training and give clear direction and improvements to sales team from time to time.

Creating marketing concepts.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related course.

At least 3-4 years if experience in Sales, Marketing, UIUX or related field (Preferably in IT industry)

Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Detailed oriented

Excellent managerial skills

Excellent time management, planning skills

Creative, analytical and processing a strong commitment to excellence

Proficient in strategic marketing, research and sales skills

Hard skills on office suites

Able to work independently as well as on a team.
