Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement / Sourcing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and ensuring procurement processes align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with negotiation expertise to deliver value across sourcing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the efficiency and competitiveness of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct supplier market research and identify potential vendors. Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations. Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies. Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Prepare reports and dashboards to track procurement KPIs and savings initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience in the Financial Industry (preferred)
Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT category management. Track record of delivering measurable cost savings. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
