An exciting IT Product Manager (Healthcare) job has just become available at a top company in the healthcare industry based in Petaling Jaya.

About the IT Product Manager (Healthcare) Role:
In this critical job, you will be required to manage IT operations and customer services for the company\'s product, which covers application and infrastructure scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete broad scope of technical tasks including project management, data management, installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of equipment and systems
• Lead and manage the product team to provide user support in case of arising issues
• Be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings
• Manage Executive Preventive Maintenance Service (PPM) as per contract schedule
• Perform update instructions (UI) to affected systems
• Manage VVIP clients based in the central region

To succeed in this IT Product Manager (Healthcare) role, you will need to have a strong IT background in the healthcare industry, familiar and comfortable working in a fast-paced client facing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in engineering/IT
• Strong experience in project management, services, operations, maintenance in a healthcare industry
• More than five years of working experiences in similar scope and minimum three years of experience in managing, leading and motivating teams and individuals
• Well versed in healthcare environment such as HIS, Healthcare data management, HL7, Dicom, clinical workflow, etc
• Certifications in PMP for IT Project Management is highly desired
• Good understanding of IT networking, server, storage, desktop, IT security, cloud computing technology
• Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Virtual Machines (VM)
• Strong communicator, able to build sound working relationships internally and proficient in English
