A global leading player in the logistics and shipping industry, continually offering innovative solutions to their clients whose critical logistics and geographical needs are to be met.
The PMO Specialist will be an integral part of the Information Technology organization reporting to the PMO Manager to help implement the PMO strategy to meet Group deliverables.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and execute project governance.
- Facilitate collaboration, communications and decision making.
- Prioritize projects as per the company\'s strategic business objectives.
- Ensure the company is aligned with the project scope, objectives and timeline.
- Forecast and enable resource capacity planning
- Plan and schedule resources
- Provide project management reporting
- Must be willing to travel for project roll- outs
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner / PMP (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in PMO Management or Project Management
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bAbility to multi-task and determine priorities
- Ability to coordinate and interact with all levels of the organization
- Experience in risk, compliance and information security policy development.
