The role would require frequent travelling between Cyberjaya and Petaling Jaya based on project needs.Job Purpose:As the Program Manager HR, you will operate within a complex matrix structure to meet the IT demands of the HR function. Your primary focus will be on implementing IT strategies and processes that standardize HR systems, data integration, and processes across platforms and Business Units (BUs) in the Asia Pacific region. This role is crucial in driving our HR digital transformation in alignment with our overall business strategy and Group guidelines.Your tasks:Project Management:

  • Lead HR-related IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals are met.
  • Work closely with HR units and BU HR business partners to design, build, and roll out IT solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and systems and manage both internal and external project resources.
Program Management
  • Implement IT plans and processes to deliver systems/ applications development, hardware acquisition and integration requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline operations.
  • Contribute to future-oriented plans and recommendations for functional design initiatives.
  • Scan and analyze marketplace, industry, company, vendor products, and services, etc. to stay updated with technology trends and best practices.
  • Influence and facilitate communication between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation to seek agreements and commitment.
  • Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for IT focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
HR Systems Integration & Standardization:
  • Drive the harmonization of HR processes and data integration across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Security and Compliance:
  • Act as a security advisor for HR IT projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and implement IT security measures within the HR domain.
Communication and Training:
  • Develop and disseminate communications related to IT projects within the HR community.
  • Organize training sessions for HR staff on new systems and processes.
Financial and Vendor Management:
  • Manage the IT budget for HR functions and HR-related projects, including the Imazium (PJ) site.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Your profile:Education Level
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience Level
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR IT program management or a related area.
Functional skills
  • IT Security: Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Financial Management: Experience in managing project budgets and financial planning.
  • Project and Program Management: Proficient in methodologies for successful planning, execution, coordination, and control of multiple projects. Roadmapping, Technical Support, Influencing, Business Requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Influencing, Feedback, Presentation & Storytelling, Facilitation.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
