Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, C# and VB. Write and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and views for data access and reporting. Implement client-side functionality using JavaScript for form validation, dynamic content, and user interaction. Parse and generate data in JSON and XML formats for internal and external API integrations. Populate and bind data to controls such as GridView, DropDownList, and Repeater using ADO.NET. Support the deployment and configuration of applications on IIS, including troubleshooting common runtime issues. Collaborate with team members to debug, test, and document software changes. Convert business requirements into functional code under supervision. Maintain clean, readable, and well-commented code following team standards. Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of ASP.NET Web Forms and the .NET Framework (C# & VB). Hands-on experience or coursework in Microsoft SQL Server, including: Writing stored procedures Creating views Using SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, and basic optimization Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: DOM manipulation Form validation Event handling Understanding of data interchange formats: JSON (parsing and generation in JavaScript/C#) XML (reading, writing, and basic XPath knowledge) Exposure to IIS: Deploying a basic web application Understanding of Application Pools and virtual directories Basic knowledge of ADO.NET (SqlConnection, SqlCommand, SqlDataAdapter) Ability to follow technical guidance and learn quickly in a team environment Strong willingness to learn and grow Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Development tool such as DevExpress controls Version control exposure (e.g., Git, GitHub) Python knowledge Ubuntu, Docker, YML file
Experience:

At least one year in programming.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
