Digital IT Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities

You will be mapped to the following focus areas based on your strengths:

Resourcing Management

Plan, execute, monitor, and report on resourcing for ongoing initiatives. Track and report on team performance and productivity. Support talent development and training needs.

Scope Management

Define and track scope across department-level initiatives. Maintain clarity on progress, value delivery, and outcomes.

Financial Management

Translate financial plans into actionable budgets. Drive IT spend approvals and monitor project budget utilization. Raise purchase requests and follow through until payment completion.

Timeline Management

Track initiative timelines, milestones, and delivery KPIs. Report regularly on schedule adherence and delays.

Process Controls & Improvements

Support risk and issue management. Ensure compliance with reporting cycles and internal processes. Identify and contribute to process enhancements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum

3 years

of experience in: IT Project Management Office or project coordination. Functional or technical roles in in-house banking system development. Familiarity with

Scrum

(DoD, user stories, backlogs, etc.). Hands-on experience with

Jira

,

Confluence

, or similar tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Organized and detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Certifications such as

PMP

,

PSM

, or other Agile/Project Management credentials. Knowledge of digital infrastructure or regional banking ecosystems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:
