Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various IT projects, with a primary focus on ensuring successful project delivery within scope, and timeline. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements, objectives, and timelines.

2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

3. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT developers, vendors, and clients.

4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

5. Track resource utilization, and project milestones to ensure alignment with project goals and budgetary constraints.

6. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, management, and project teams.

7. Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

8. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project objectives, requirements, and outcomes.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to project management and IT.

Requirements:

1.Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience (1+ years) in IT project coordination or management role is a plus.

3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.

8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
