Our client is a subsidiary of a Hong Kong public listed company and a China state-owned company is a one-stop logistics solutions provide which include Freight Forwarding (which covers customs clearance and haulage), Project Logistics, Contract Logistics, Cross-Border e-Commerce Logistics and other services.Responsibilities: * Identify business needs for digital transformation and information system upgrades, participate in internal information system project research and analysis, facilitate communication through meetings with relevant departments, and prepare project requirement reports.

• Possess knowledge of the logistics industry and company business processes, accurately interpret both business and system functional requirements, and deliver functional design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Follow the annual information system project plan set by the headquarters, monitor the progress of system implementations across subsidiary companies, manage the overall project timeline, coordinate resources for product development, and ensure project coordination throughout the process, including post-launch system optimization and updates.
• Oversee product delivery and acceptance, address system anomalies by analyzing root causes, and implement program improvements.
• Manage key system functionalities, ensure smooth system operations and maintenance, and respond swiftly and effectively to system malfunctions.
• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: * Possess Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Proficiency in key programming languages or possession of a recognized Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of corporate information systems, with a strong understanding of system integration, software development life cycle, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management field is highly preferred.
• Fast learner, excellent communication skills, and proven stress management skill.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, and spoken)
• 5-days week

Salary RM5,500 to RM7,000, to commensurate with experience
