Develop and obtain approval from stakeholders on the Project Management Plan, which defines the scope of works and deliverables, management structure of the project (inclusive of the project organization structure), project timeline and financial implications.Lead the development and obtain endorsement from stakeholders on the project strategies.Develop and obtain endorsement from stakeholders on the project contract.Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities and provide direction to team members and supporting organizations.Manage and monitor project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions and/or escalation to appropriate supporting stakeholders for attention.Presentation on project matters to stakeholders and recording of minutes of the meeting.Disseminate project information and maintain communication.Develop, distribute and present project performance reports to stakeholders.Develop and maintain corrective action plans.Ensure billing activities are following the payment schedule in the project contract with the required supporting documentation.Develop and obtain approval from stakeholders on the Project Completion report to ensure the project deliverables are accepted and for the project to close gracefully.Develop project and tender proposals - when required.
