Objective of the Role
Provide leading practices on IT separation options and advantages across the IT Korea & SEA landscape that align to IT guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitation of IT business alignment meetings to validate IT assumptions, Day 1 dispositions, and business continuity plans
• Develop disposition strategy and timelines for all in scope applications specific to Korea/SEA
• Facilitate vendor discussions and oversee delivery timelines and risks
• Support the Korea/SEA IT workstream lead in preparing and managing the overall IT separation program
• Facilitate coordination across other IT workstreams to mitigate interdependencies and requirements
• Assist IT SMEs creation of separation plan based on current assumptions and known information
• Facilitate IT working sessions to establish separation approaches and solve workstream decisions
• Participate in weekly IT workstreams meetings to gather and mitigate status, risks, actions, and interdependencies
• Deliver updates on project progress, risks, and issues to IT workstream lead and local SMO, and ensure that lead is informed and aligned
• Provide updates to IT SMO and be a liaison between IT workstreams and IT SMO for specific deliverables
• Provide SPM guidance to project teams as required submissions
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing between local applications and global applications including issues tracking to resolution deployment
• Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the cutover plans and checklists
• Liaise with Regional OCM Lead on Korea/SEA IT Change Management activities
• Prepare and execute on project close activities including transition to operation teams

Deliverables:

• Draft and track Korea/SEA IT separation project plans to achieve Day 1
• Korea/SEA IT workstream reporting
• Tracking of progress, risks, issues, and agreed mitigation actions
• Ad hoc leadership reporting

Minimum Requirements & Experience

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with IT project Management
• Fluent in both English and Korean is a must
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead organization into a matrix environment
• Refined and mature ability to work with and understand business needs via conversation and interaction with all levels within the company
• Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels
