About the job IT Project Manager, Blockchain

About the company:

Our client is an IT services and solutions company looking to build Malaysia\'s first Metaverse with plans to expand regionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfResponsible for the follow-up, coordination and operation of special projects in the financial blockchain industry.
• Can independently plan the entire operation case, form an operation strategy, and be responsible for the implementation of specific execution points in the operation process.
• Plan and independently plan and write activity plans based on the company\'s business needs, and promote the timely development and launch of activities.
• Monitor and analyze activity KPI indicators
• Coordinate the key nodes of project operations, efficiently and meticulously execute relevant details in project operations, actively solve project challenges encountered, ensure smooth operation of the project, and achieve the set goals of the project
• Effectively improve various indicators through continuous product optimization and marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfProficient in Chinese and English.
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing, finance or blockchain operations, with professional knowledge and understanding of product operations, user operations, event operations and other fields.
• Have good learning ability, analytical problem-solving ability and project management ability.
• Sensitive to data and have strong logical analysis ability.
• Work conscientiously and meticulously, have professionalism; have a strong sense of responsibility, have good external communication and teamwork skills, and be able to accept challenges and withstand certain work pressures.
• Have experience in conference marketing.
• Have direct selling experience.
• Have experience in blockchain projects.

Remuneration:

\xef\xbb\xbfMYR 8,000 - MYR 15,000
