IT Project Manager (Construction Industry)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

IT Project Manager

with strong knowledge of

construction or property development operations

. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, and technology enhancements for our group subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT projects: planning, requirement gathering, budgeting, execution, UAT, and go-live. Implement and support ERP, construction/project management systems, DMS, and cloud platforms. Liaise with construction, QS, contracts, finance, and procurement teams to gather requirements. Coordinate and manage vendors, consultants, developers, and system integrators. Prepare BRD/FSD, SOPs, and project documentation. Identify process improvement and digitalisation opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.

5-10 years of IT project management experience

, preferably in construction or property development. Strong understanding of site operations, procurement, billing, contract workflows, or construction processes. Experience with ERP, project management systems, BIM tools, DMS, or cloud technologies. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Good communication skills in English (BM/Mandarin added advantage).
