Work with development and production support managers to endure timely resolution of production issues.
Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.
Develop deep understanding of project/program objectives by engaging with relevant project participants and meetings.
Perform status reporting of initiatives and releases.
Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.
Presents high level project readouts for senior management.
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have sufficient technical background and preferably someone coming / have experience from financial industry domain.
