Job responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of the project
• Plan, lead and manage project and ensuring efficiency and quality in program level
• Act as primary project interface or contact point to customer, ensuring good customer satisfaction and develop good customer relationship
• Project scope and objectives defining, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Understand and define customer requirements and projects, installations deliverables and timeline
• Manage tracking, reporting and progress update to management and customer
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Track project performance and deliverables
• Quality assurance, planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• Support project team to resolve project issue throughout project implementation
• Building and promoting an open, trusting, and respectful team environment
• Facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements(Qualification and Experience)

• Outstanding leadership, problem solving, risk-handling, decision making stress management skill
• Exceptional listening and communication skill with project or business owner, product manager and engineer
• Ability to work hours as needed to support team and meet expectations
• Proficient in goal setting, prioritization, and time management
• At least 3 years of experience of project management in software development
• Preferable experience as manager or software engineer
• Proficiency in Japanese is a must
