We're Hiring - IT Project Manager (Malaysian candidates preferred)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver projects according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards

Ensure compliance with company governance, standards, and policies

Prepare and maintain project documentation and invoices

Monitor and provide regular updates on project progress

Lead project execution across multiple teams

Proactively resolve project issues and manage interdependencies

Drive innovation, change management, and benefits realization

Maintain a hands-on and detail-oriented approach

Requirements:

Education & Certification

Degree in Business, Insurance, IT, Computer Science, or related field

PMP / APM / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are an advantage

Life insurance-related certifications (MII, CII, LOMA, etc.) are a plus

Experience

5-10 years' experience in project management, preferably IT projects

Experience in life insurance operations (Life Admin, Actuarial, Finance, etc.)

Minimum 4 years leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery and managing interdependencies

Skills & Knowledge

Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile methodologies

Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin or other Asian languages are an advantage)

Strong influencing, problem-solving, and change management skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
