Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, policies, and methodologies. Facilitate vendor and partner management, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (5+ years) managing medium to large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred). Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent). Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
