Job Description

The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple ICT projects across the University. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. PMP certification is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated success in managing projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Experience in higher education or corporate training sectors is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Strong team player with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Remains calm and effective under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all stages of the project lifecycle -- from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines. Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones. Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders. Participate in regular progress meetings with management and the Steering Committee. Assign and clarify responsibilities for project team members. Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when required. Monitor project performance, generate reports, and suggest process improvements. Track KPIs and document lessons learned to enhance future projects. Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
