Job Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent IT application projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Manage Agile projects using
Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks
; drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Engage senior management, business sponsors, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution. Work on initiatives involvingAPI/microservices
, containerized environments, and modern integration patterns. Deliver projects leveragingJava, AngularJS, VueJS, Cordova
, and other web/mobile technologies. Use analytics and monitoring tools such asFirebase, Google Analytics, and Dynatrace
to support performance and engagement tracking. Ensure adherence to IT security standards and audit frameworks includingOWASP
andCMMI
. UtilizeJIRA, Confluence, MS Project
and other PM tools for planning, tracking, and reporting. Lead direct and matrixed teams; foster collaboration and resolve conflicts when needed. Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment, particularly withinBanking/Insurance
environments.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
