Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee fintech projects in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves managing high-impact initiatives that support brokerages and global banks across Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client projects from concept to launch, ensuring seamless delivery through effective management of people, processes, and partnerships. This is an opportunity to lead projects that drive significant technological advancements in the financial sector
What you will Do?

• Manage end-to-end project execution, from initial concept through to launch.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop proposals, agreements, and strategic partnerships to support project goals.
• Track and allocate resources effectively while motivating the project team.
• Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and escalate risks as needed.

Your Skills

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master with software project delivery.
• Strong passion for software, web, and mobile applications, with an understanding of technology integration.
• Excellent communication skills for connecting teams and reporting clearly.
• Strategic thinking abilities to make effective trade-offs for timely, high-quality delivery.
