Job Description
Project Management Tools Proficiency
- Skilled in using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent for planning, tracking, and reporting.Technical Understanding
- Good knowledge of IT systems, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), infrastructure, and integration concepts to effectively manage technical projects.Risk and Issue Management
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.Vendor and Contract Management
- Experience in managing external vendors, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring service level compliance.Change Management
- Capable of managing organizational and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to analyze complex project issues and propose effective, timely solutions.Leadership and Team Coordination
- Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Financial Awareness
- Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for effective resource utilization.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
