Build new solutions from scratch for external customers
Varying in size and scope from 1 month to 1 year+ projects
Enhance & optimize existing projects, ensuring continuous improvement and support.
Collaborate on projects in diverse sectors; Finance, E-Com. Medical, Pharma etc
Tech Stack: (Note > Service Delivery Manager is not coding hands on / you do not need experience in the below)

Responsibilities
Leading a software engineering team; recruitment, performance assessment, training and mentoring
Understand the projects scope of delivery & responsible for end-to-end management of projects
Ensuring that systems, procedures are in place to meet required quality standards and SLAs
Taking ownership of critical incidents and post-incident reviews
Service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
Collaborating with technical partners to set standards for software, infrastructure and security
Ensuring that projects are delivered to comply with latest RMIT, Outsourcing and Security guidelines
Job Requirements
Project management
Experienced in dealing with 3rd party service providers
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, resource planning and other disciplines related to service delivery, e.g. ITIL principles
Level
3 years in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role (Software / IT Projects)
Or a Technical Lead, leading a team of engineers for a 3rd party / external client
