IT Project Manager -

Role Overview:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering medium to complex system integration projects, ensuring successful collaboration across IT, Operations, and other key departments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in project management within the Insurance/Takaful industry, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT projects, focusing on system integration from initiation to closure Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other department stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies, facilitate daily scrum meetings, and coordinate business meetings Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope Communicate effectively with technical teams and business users, translating requirements and updates clearly Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 1-2 years in Insurance/Takaful industry preferred Proven track record in managing medium to complex system integration projects Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficient in Scrum/Agile frameworks; able to lead daily scrum and business meetings Excellent technical acumen and communication abilities Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

Experience:

IT Project management: 5 years (Required) Scrum/Agile: 3 years (Preferred) insurance/Takafu: 1 year (Preferred)

Srum master/PMP (Preferred)
