\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 7+ years of experience as Java/J2EE developer or C++ developers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage personnel
