Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring that all project objectives are met Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, and within budget Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are understood, and expectations are met Identify and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to minimise delays or budget overruns Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure a successful project outcome Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and at the highest quality Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including management and clients Coach, mentor, and manage the project team to ensure delivery of quality work- Analyze project data and metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible Identify areas for innovation or process improvement, and work in collaboration with other teams to improve processes and tools Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on-time, within budget, and meeting the client\'s requirements PMP certification is a plus, but not required Strong knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications industry. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
