Job Description
Title : IT Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages project timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and resources in a structured manner.
Adopts an analytical and strategic approach in developing and communicating solutions that meet project objectives and stakeholder needs.
Conducts cost-benefit analysis and develops a project plan.
Reviews project plans to determine the time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
Plans and manages project compliance requirements and adherence to governance structures.
Documents and tracks project scope, changes, issues, and risks that affect the implementation.
Manages project budget, work allocations, manpower, and resourcing needs for the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
At least 8 - 10 years of project management experience in a related field.
Fluent understanding and application of end-to-end project management methodology and deliverables in SDLC processes.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not required.
Banking applications domain - Covering all aspects from the user interface to the core systems. This includes experience ranging from BDS to expertise in core banking operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
