& Requirements

- Project planning and management

- Plan Schedule and Time management (policies, procedures and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule)

- Stakeholder/Vendor, Communications and Risk Management

- Resource plan / Project LOE (Level of Efforts) management

- Organize and participate in vendor/project meetings

- Create a detailed project management plan and other project documents

- Provide solutions to project-related issues

- Define the project's scope, milestones and deadlines

- Understand IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedure and systems are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines

- Track project performance, perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in Project Management

- Experience in handling projects involving Cloud, Design Thinking, web technologies, software development, system integration, and manage changes will be strongly preferred

- In-depth experience in business processes and skill in business analysis techniques

- Ability to construct/maintain a project budget and manage project accordingly

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in the fields of computer science/IT or engineering for technical project managers

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, and web technologies

- Excellent vendor management, manage communication with external and internal stakeholders

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Actively participates in process improvement discussions aimed at identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes

- Ability to work unsupervised, with little management oversight

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mid Valley City
