Job Description

Mobius Digital Systems is a fun and lively mobile and web development company, and we are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time and on budget.
The IT project manager will be responsible in coming up with liaising with client on project requirements, project planning and coordinating between the stakeholders and project team members (developers, designers, testers and product managers, etc). The IT project manager will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements. You will document instructions for end-users and assist with the testing of the final product. You will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project, and close it efficiently.
To be successful in this role you should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative mobile and / or web application within delivery time frames and budget. Ideal candidates will be analytical and have a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and project plan
Plan and manage resources across multiple projects with other project managers
Holding daily scrums and oversee the daily tasks of all team members involved
Hold regular team and client meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis whenever required
Assist in testing of the application
Create business logic flows and other related documentation required for the project
Conducting post mortem of delivered projects in terms of, but not limited to, project efficiency, cost profit analysis, areas of improvements and lessons learned

Requirements
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years experience in project management of IT projects.
Good portfolio of previous projects that have been successfully delivered or deployed
Good understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies
Demonstrate high leadership quality e.g. dynamic thinking, responsible, reliable, dedicated, fast learner, resourceful, well planning and ability to lead
Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well in English and the language of the supporting market.
Ability to work effectively in a team and with the client.
Ability to work under pressure
Optimistic, proactive, good initiative, passionate, strives to achieve more as a team, and able to motivate others
Preferable (but not mandatory) academic background in Computer Science or equivalent, min Diploma / Degree in related information technology disciplines
Preferable (but not mandatory) programming knowledge or experience in any language or frameworks
Preferable (but not mandatory) project management related certifications
