IT Project Manager

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid work week -- M/W/F on-site, T/Th WFH.

Working Hours (MY time):

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

You will manage end-to-end delivery of digital and software projects, ensuring clear requirements, accurate documentation and timely execution. The role works closely with the CTO, the stakeholders, and the developers, requiring strong project management skills and a solid understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects: planning, execution and closure. Gather requirements, conduct stakeholder meetings and prepare URS/FSD documentation. Coordinate with the CTO, UI/UX, development and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. Manage system testing, UAT, project timelines and milestones using ClickUp or Jira. Handle client communication, change requests and ensure alignment with business workflows, system design and API logic.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2-3 years of experience working across the software development lifecycle. Experience in software or digital project management experience. Strong understanding of web/mobile development lifecycles and solid documentation skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp. Experience in .NET, C#, Angular, Blazor, TypeScript, JavaScript and OpenJS. Preferred experience with CRM, ERP or API-based systems.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
