IT Project Manager - Technology Advisory

Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as Manager in our Technology Advisory Services practice, which provides services in cyber / cyber security assurance, governance, risk management, digital forensic, business continuity, disaster recovery, project management, IT audit and related advisory services.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans from organizing to leading and controlling
• Lead the project implementation in accordance to defined scope, timeline and budget in stages design, development, testing, go-live and monitoring
• Manage all internal and external stakeholders
• Provide advisory (including cyber) to comply to the stakeholders requirement during design and implementation stages
• Lead to conduct gap analysis at system and data fields level
• Monitors vendors competency, performance and deliverables
• Highlight and manage project risks
• Manage problems and issues, and escalation to management for decision making if required
• Comment on User Acceptance Test (UAT) procedures and coverage
• Create / adapt checklists and formats for the project
• Review documentation for change management approval
• Interval project progress update reporting to management
• Lead in project update and project closure meetings

Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience & Education:

• A recognised degree with at least second upper class, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Certificate in project management or cybersecurity will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of working experience

Other skills:

• Have passion to build a career in technology advisory
• Passion for IT project management and/or IT audit
• Awareness in technology, governance, risk and cybersecurity trends
• Self-driven, highly motivated, versatile and charismatic personality
• Proficient in English language, both spoken and written
