Job Description
The role involves being accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects within specified time, quality, and cost parameters. This includes supporting the preparation of RFQ/RFP, providing leadership to project team members, and establishing project management best practices.Responsibilities also include managing project milestones, expectations, and conflicts among stakeholders, negotiating project schedules, coordinating inter-department support, and safeguarding the company\'s interests in contracts. The role also involves managing project risks, deviations, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with project governance processes, and optimizing project investments, solutions, and resources. Additionally, the role includes ensuring team motivation, productivity, and skill development, as well as smooth post-implementation handover to operations and proper project close-out procedures.**The role is priotized to candidates that possess local Citizenship to communicate with Local vendors.Requirements:
- At least a tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Computer Science.
- Minimum to have 5 years project management experience.
- PMP, Prince2 or any equivalent project management certification is preferred
- Experience in managing implementation of projects related to IT, BSS, Analytics system, software application, design
- Good understanding in project management methodology such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall.
