IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract IT professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and the latest trends in the tech industry Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Basic knowledge of coding languages or technical frameworks Prior experience recruiting for different IT specialties (software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.)
