Job Description

Job Brief:

You will take the lead in an ongoing recruitment strategy and hire IT professionals to fill technical positions, promote a strong employer brand and build great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will undertake end to end recruitment cycle for roles across Southeast Asia and be hands-on with the employee hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to attract qualified IT candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate technical skills to assess candidate suitability for specific IT positions.
• Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates\' technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and market conditions to effectively target and attract top IT talent.

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage with IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
