We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible mainly for overall recruitment process. You will get a chance to apply your recruitment experience but also learn something new. Responsibilities: Executing and managing end-to-end recruitment process in the organization. Sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels. Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process. Screening, interviewing, and supervising technical verification process. Maintaining positive candidate experience throughout the process. Creating, publishing and promoting job advertisements. Maintaining the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements: At least 2 - 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment process. Experience in outsourcing company or recruitment agency would be an added advantage. Must have an experience in recruitment IT professionals. Experience in direct search using various professional portals. Exceptional communication, self-organization and time management skills. Excellent written and spoken English. High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent Advanced ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of corporate talent . Communication and negotiation skills . Pro-active approach, fast adaptation to changes . Detail oriented approach .
