Key Responsibilities

In charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in IT Technical open roles at our company.\xc3\x82
Duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and filling out hiring requirements.
Ultimately, a recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key activities include:
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles\xc3\x82
  • Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc. \xc3\x82
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT candidates resumes and job applications
  • Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets
  • Coordinate interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants\' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements:
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
  • Must have 4 - 6 years of recruitment experience in hard-core banking/ IT e.g. C, C++, Java, Phyton, Big Data, Cyber security, SAP/ERP, Network Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Storage & Backup role.
  • Min 5 years in IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role
  • Hands on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/ HRIS/ Taleo etc
  • Sound technical knowledge to interview and hire candidates IT, cloud, security, network and data science technology. \xc3\x82
  • Extensive IT Technical knowledge and hands on experience in writing/ create job description based on technical manager requisite.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter and Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Min Bachelor\'s degree in IT/ Computer Science or similar field.
