Allowance:
RM1,200 (4 months) - RM1,500 (6 months) per month:
We are seeking an IT & Recruitment Support Intern to assist our team in ensuring smooth business operations and automation processes.
You will be responsible for:
-Supporting IT and related areas to ensure smooth daily operations, particularly in process automation
-Assisting in recruitment activities such as talent sourcing, lead generation, interview coordination, assessment checking, and document collection for employment offers
-Providing operational support to Talent Consultants
-Assisting in career-related events such as career fairs and candidate engagement activities
-Updating the Applicant Tracking System with candidate information
-Posting job advertisements on social media, websites, and job portals using IT automation tools
-Executing system testing tasks
-Researching and recommending effective IT tools to enhance productivity
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information System, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
-Required languages: Mandarin and English
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Internship duration: 3-4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
