Job Description
The Intern will support the IT Department ensuring compliance with the Group's security policies, identifying IT risks and assisting in mitigating potential security threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in business activities in accordance with the Group's approved security policies, ensuring all actions remain within approved limits. Support the team in ensuring compliance with Group IT security policies and standards. Participate in IT routine activities to help identify risks, assess risk tolerance and support mitigation of security breaches. Assist in coordinating IT regulatory inspections and engagements with internal and external audits. Conduct routine inspections of GENP's IT environment to detect and report any security breaches or vulnerabilities. Support documentation and reporting of IT risk and security findings.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology majoring in Information Security/ Cybersecurity or related field. Basic understanding of IT security principles, risk management, and compliance. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
