Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio.
Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Account Maintenance:
Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Proactively address account issues and client requests.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
Keep clients informed about new IT solutions, updates, and enhancements.
Sales Support:
Assist senior account managers in preparing proposals and presentations.
Participate in contract negotiations and closures.
Data Analysis:
Analyse client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Assist in managing schedules and appointments.
Price inquiries to the principals and distributors.
Price negotiations with principals and distributors.
Qualifications:
Diploma in IT, business, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of IT solutions and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience in the applied role. Fresh graduate also welcomed to apply.
