Requirements
Qualifications:

• Diploma in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• On-Job Training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
• Keep clients informed about new IT solutions, updates, and enhancements.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations accordingly.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist in managing schedules and appointments.
• Price inquiries to the principals and distributors.
• Price negotiations with principals and distributors.
• Coordinate and propose marketing ideas with the marketing team.
