• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
• Familiarity with general OS systems, and Office software.
• Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience particular in the IT field.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• At least Diploma in any field.
• Any IT certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue, sales targets, and other KPIs
• Lead and manage the Sales Leads including lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Tech, Operations and Marketing) to customize offerings and generate larger customer base.
• Lead the development of strategic presentations and proposals to position company's value and advantage to the customer.
• Own and forecast monthly and quarterly revenues.
