is responsible for driving sales and business development for
healthcare informatics solutions
, including
PACS, VNA, CVIS, RIS, and 3D Advanced Visualization
. This role requires close engagement with healthcare institutions to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of healthcare IT with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop new business opportunities and support long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Drive sales of enterprise medical IT solutions, including
Synapse Enterprise Imaging, CVIS, and related technologies
.
Develop and execute
strategic sales plans
to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct
market research
to identify prospective clients and track industry trends.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with
hospital administrators, radiologists, cardiologists, and IT decision-makers
.
Conduct
consultative sales discussions
, addressing client challenges with customized solutions.
Deliver
presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
to prospective customers.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare
quotations, proposals, and tender responses
tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with
technical engineers, project teams, and application specialists
to create compelling proposals.
4. Account Management & Customer Support
Provide
after-sales support
to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the
primary contact
for escalations, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities for
upselling additional solutions or services
to existing clients.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate
sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports
.
Track and report on
sales performance against KPIs and targets
.
Provide regular updates to management on
sales progress and market developments
.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Business, IT, Biomedical Engineering
, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in sales, preferably with exposure to
Synapse Enterprise Imaging
or similar healthcare IT systems.
Strong understanding of
healthcare informatics standards and workflows
(DICOM, HL7, EMR, HIS, PACS).
Familiarity with
medical imaging technologies
and hospital IT ecosystems.
Excellent
negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to
travel
for client meetings, on-site support, and solution implementations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
