The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Promote and sell Synapse Enterprise Imaging, CVIS, and other medical IT solutions.
Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, radiologists, cardiologists, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver consultative sales by analyzing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare strong solution offerings.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Identify upselling opportunities for additional solutions or services.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
Report regularly on sales progress and market developments to management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT.
Direct experience with Synapse Enterprise Imaging or similar healthcare IT systems is an advantage.
Strong understanding of healthcare informatics, DICOM, HL7, EMR, HIS, and hospital IT workflows.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Independent, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, support, and installations.
