To drive sales growth by promoting the company's IT solutions, products, and services to existing and potential clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT products and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, etc.).
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tenders to potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.
Market Research & Strategy
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technology developments.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and product launches.
Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and solution delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Attend internal and external meetings, exhibitions, and events to promote company offerings.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
Number of new clients acquired.
Client retention and satisfaction rate.
Proposal-to-win ratio.
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or solution selling.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and cloud-based services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
5. Working Conditions
5-day work week.
Regular travel to client sites may be required.
Sales incentives/commissions based on performance.
